Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe(Cepal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sobre el asunto, la secretaria ejecutiva de ese organismo, Alicia<\/p>\n\n\n\n
B\u00e1rcena, precis\u00f3 que el pago por el servicio de esa deuda<\/p>\n\n\n\n
equivale al 59 por ciento de las exportaciones latinoamericanas,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
situaci\u00f3n que destaca entre los grandes frenos al avance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
econ\u00f3mico del continente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante ese desaf\u00edo la Cepal propuso una nueva arquitectura<\/p>\n\n\n\n
financiera internacional para responder a la emergencia y al<\/p>\n\n\n\n
desarrollo de la regi\u00f3n, e indic\u00f3 que se necesita un foro<\/p>\n\n\n\n
multilateral para debatir condiciones de emisi\u00f3n de nueva<\/p>\n\n\n\n
