Flores &nbsp;a finales de 2016, fue condenado por la C\u00e1mara Segunda de lo Civil, junto a su esposa Dennis Hern\u00e1ndez,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El otro acusado &nbsp;el tambi\u00e9n doctor Ricardo Cea, ex director del ISSS en el Gobierno de Salvador S\u00e1nchez Cer\u00e9n.
